Marketing and Presentation
Horses may be marketed through carefully selected channels, including social media, targeted email outreach, our extensive network and private clients, and our website, depending on what best serves the individual client and offering.
We also offer discreet marketing that does not directly identify the horse when privacy is preferred or when a faster result or increased interest is required.
Commission Structure
Should we facilitate the introduction of a successful buyer, a commission fee of 10 to 25 percent of the final sale price will apply.
The exact percentage is determined by the level of involvement, which may include, but is not limited to:
- Marketing specific to the offering
- Communications management
- Contract preparation
- Travel or transport arrangements, not vet checks or traces
Additional Services
Alongside our sales and placement work, we offer a range of associated services that can be accessed independently or as part of a broader management arrangement, including:
- Media and content creation
- Design and promotional material
- Logistics and coordination
- Personnel support, including sourcing, interviewing and screening
- Farm management assistance

Some advice when preparing your horses details...
Please send details by WhatsApp or Email.
If we receive information as we describe below it is much quicker for us to add the horse and advise any interested parties of their details. We do not wish to delay anyone or have to return to you numerous times for further information.
Please provide the following details:
Horses Full Registered Name and if possible a link to their breeding on www.allbreedpedigree.com
(if they are not already on this website they can be added)
Sire Name
Dam Name
(also include their Sires name if notable)
Height or estimated mature height in hh's or cm's
SCID/CA/LFS Status if known
Colour (this may appear obvious to you but they can as we know change with age and some lights can be deceptive)
Year of Birth
Detailed Description
Any information on bloodlines.
Description of the temperament, movement, conformation etc
Details of training etc
Any positive experience the horse has... showing in hand/under saddle, good with children, good to travel... endurance etc.
Show or Competition results
Any breeding information (Progeny etc)
Pictures (with the appropriate permission to use them), they do not have to be professional but taken from good
angles and of high quality. Mobile phone images taken at strange angles or blurry etc do not help to sell your horse.
Videos. If you are video recording with your mobile phone turn it sideways to landscape mode.
If you need further advise on images or videos please get in touch for examples.
Homes
You may also provide information over the type of homes that you would favour.. or perhaps not consider.
Any information that you share with us on this subject is treated with absolute discretion.
Finally the Price (excluding Commission) that you are seeking for your horse.
(Sometimes clients prefer to give a price guide, for example £25,000 to £35,000
or a 'Bottom or Lowest' price for example £25,000 being the lowest amount that they would accept.)
If you have other requests such as retained breedings etc please add that too.
Finally... please let us know if the horse is to be marketed Publicly or Privately.
